Positive: Owner was easy to contact and flexible. We managed all the topics.

Negative: Location is really bad. Even it’s not so far from city center apartment is located in stinky, unclean and loud area. There are no photos from outside which is tricky.

Positive: The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Comfortable and stylish. It was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The owner helped us organize parking close in a safe and affordable lot which was very appreciated in Palermo.

Negative: Outside can be a bit noisy but that’s expected when staying in a city.

Positive: Nice kitchen to cook, newly renovated apartment, everything was working. Helpful and service minded owner. Terrace is a nice bonus.

Negative: Ceiling of the apartment is as well the roof, and it has almost no insulation from outside sound, which means that it can be very noisy inside from the active street, especially in the night when you want to have a good sleep or just relax.

Positive: Owner let me check in early with no problems. All new freshly renovated and very clean throughout. Washing machine was handy. Everything was provided. Beautiful little loft room with great outdoor area upstairs. Central location, easy to get to everywhere with grocery store and chemist literally across the road, bus stops easy walking distance.
